| Golf Europe is The Trade Fair For Golf in Europe The 15th GOLF EUROPE will take place on the grounds of the New Munich Trade Fair Centre from 7 to 9 October 2007. GOLF EUROPE is the leading trade fair for golf in Europe with an area of 27, 000 square meters and more than 300 exhibitors from more than 20 countries. In addition to product presentations and discussions with customers, exhibitors can expand their contact networks and know-how. Thanks to the high share of exhibitors from foreign countries (more than 60%), the international mixture of visitors will find everything they are looking for. Trade visitors will find all leading manufacturers in clearly arranged halls under one roof and can test products live to obtain information about the latest innovations. The unique, comprehensive range of products ranges from golf equipment to clothing and all the way to indoor gold facilities, which are increasingly in demand. Entering through the East Entrance, visitors start their trade fair visit in Hall B6. In addition to the segments clothing, shoes, accessories, golf course equipment and indoor golf facilities, the "Indoor Golf Event Area" is there, which has its own chipping and putting area. After a few puts, things continue in Hall B5 where hardware is exhibited in all aspects. As in the past, this segment at GOLF EUROPE takes up the greatest share of the reserved hall area. The driving range is open to all those interested and also serves as demonstration area for talks and presentations integrated into the supporting program. In one such talk, Dr. Steve Otto, Managing Director of "Research and Testing" of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews, will talk about the development of golf club technology and the associated advantages and disadvantages. For example, the further technical development of golf equipment makes it possible to hit balls increasingly longer distances. For operators of golf courses, this means that they are increasingly reaching the limits of their space and can no longer provide optimum satisfaction to their customers. Another highlight of the supporting program of GOLF EUROPE 2007 will be the interactive workshop by Dr. Karl Morris, Professor for Sports Psychology. Under the keywords "Golf - Purely a Matter of Nerves, " Prof. Morris will explain the psychological aspects of golf and provide tips and tricks about how you can strengthen yourself mentally before an important game. He will also explain in which cases mental training does not help. Florian Oberhofer, Head Pro and Member of PGA Germany, will deal with the topic of the Internet in his talk. Within the framework of a costs and benefits analysis, Mr. Oberhofer will show how the Internet can be used as a professional marketing tool for the golf industry. write your comments about the article :: © 2007 Exhibition News :: home page |
