| The Horti Fair 2007 The Horti Fair 2007, which is being held three weeks earlier this year, from Tuesday 9 to Friday 12 October inclusive, has 'Focus on Water and Energy' as its thought-provoking theme. According to executive director Wim van der Loo, the Horti Fair is not just an exhibition of new products and services, but also a platform for the exchange of knowledge. A number of new products and services have already been presented at the recently held New Products Preview. The complete range of floricultural products and trendsetting new concepts is concentrated in the House of Retail, exclusively for suppliers to retailers, and there is also an inspiration plaza and 12 short walk-in seminars every day. Enzicur includes the natural enzyme lactoperoxidase, the active ingredients potassium iodide and potassium thiocyanate, and a number of additives.
