| The 10th International Commercial Property Exposition, Expo Real  The 10th International Commercial Property Exposition, EXPO REAL 2007, is expanding again – this year by an entire exhibition hall. The tenth EXPO REAL takes place from 8 to 10 October 2007 in Munich. Messe München expects that the space taken up by exhibitors from outside Germany will again expand by 30 percent. At the last EXPO REAL over one third of the total exhibition space was booked by foreign companies. In addition to exhibitors from Germany, France, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Spain, more and more companies from east and southeastern Europe and the Middle East were using EXPO REAL as a place to find investors for many of their real-estate projects.More and more countries, regions and locations are exploiting synergies in their presentation at the fair, and setting up a joint stand of exhibitors. Austria, the Netherlands, Italy and the Nordic Region, for example, have organised national pavilions for many years. Last year for the first time the Arabian Court took part, and the US pavilion has been expanding in size each year, since it was first set up in 2005. Ever more end users of real estate, too, are identifying EXPO REAL as a platform for their expansion strategies and for making contacts in promising new markets.
