The range of exhibits at the forthcoming HISWA in-water boat show, which will be held in IJmuiden from 4 to 9 September 2007, is more impressive than ever. This applies not only to the total number of almost 500 boats but also to the number of brands represented. Visitors will be able to see no fewer than 135 makes of motorboat and over 50 makes of sailing boat. As the autumn's first international boat show, the HISWA in-water boat show will once again have dozens of firsts, including world firsts. The total length of all the boats together is almost 6 kilometres.

Whether you like cruising a city's canals, touring the lakes, toiling away in sailing races or adventurously crossing the oceans, you'll certainly find plenty to interest you at the HISWA in-water boat show, where the Dutch and foreign boatbuilding industry will present their latest boats. Modern and classic launches, sporty and luxury sailing yachts, comfortable motor cruisers and ultra fast power boats will be berthed at the jetties ready to be admired by the public.

The boatbuilders and importers will together display some 185 makes of boat, including both series-built and semi-custom and custom-built yachts. The boats vary in length from 7 to 25 metres. A further 120 exhibitors will exhibit their watersports products and services on the quayside. This year's newcomers among the exhibitors include Polymac Marina / European Yachting Network, Boten Boet, Fjord Boats BV, HMO – Yachting, Hutting Yachts Makkum BV, Knysna Europe BV, Morris Yachts, Beragi BV, Serious Yachts, Sciallino Benelux, Statement Marine, Sunbeam Yachts Benelux, Sylver Lemmer and Yacht Expertease.

Each year the HISWA in-water boat show has dozens of world firsts. Yacht builders from all over Europe seize the opportunity presented by the boat show to introduce their latest models and products to the market. Striking firsts in the motorboat category include the Boarncruiser 60 Retro Line, a luxury motor yacht for customers of De Boarnstream boatyard who wish to have a boat designed entirely to their specifications from the hull up.

Another major eye-catcher will be the 20-metre-long Ferretti 630, a first from Lengers Yachts. And in the electric boat category Statement Marine will unveil the PTS 26 hybrid as a word first. In the sport boat segment Jansma Jacht has announced the Bavaria 33 and 37 Sport as new models. Brielle Yachting will show the American Cruisers Yachts 330 Express to the European public for the first time. European Yachting Network will bring 2 boats of the Holiday brand to the HISWA in-water boat show for the first time. Tryvia will present its new 1100 convertible and Boat Acquisition Netherlands will unveil the Europa Patrouille 42 as a world first. These are just a few examples of the world firsts that will be on display in the motorboat category.
