| The Vietnam Technology and Equipment Fair 2007  The Vietnam Technology and Equipment Fair 2007 (Techmart Vietnam 2007) will take place from September 6-9 at the Da Nang International Exhibition-Fair Centre in Da Nang city. This will be the third Techmart in Vietnam. The previous two Techmarts were organised in Hanoi in 2003 and in HCM City in 2005. Techmart 2007 will have 420 stalls, including 370 of local firms introducing 2, 000 technologies, equipment, solutions of Vietnam and other countries like the Republic of Korea, China, Israel, according to Ta Ba Hung, Director of the National Centre for Scientific and Technological Information, vice head of the Techmart organising board.The special point of this event is that the organising board will pay special attention to the need for technology and equipment of local production units, particularly those in the central region.
