From 19th to 22nd April 2007, Feria Valencia will host the 1st Restaurant, Catering, Food and Retail Fair. An event targeting professionals from the food and food distribution sectors. Frozen food, meats, fish, confectionery, dairy products, drinks, wine, fruits and vegetables, bar, restaurants and catering, oils, canned food, functional food, Italian food, new technologies applied to retailing and the bars, restaurant and catering sector, machinery and interiors, will all be well represented at this first RestAlimed. All the above sectors are showcased at an event which will bring together major food brands, distributors, manufacturers and producers.

At RestAlimed food distributors can contact 12, 000 plus professionals from the catering and food retailing business. RestAlimed is an eminently practical show, with a exhibition area in excess of 12, 000 square metres, with loads of products providing solutions to the most varied demands from food professionals.

The fair offers visitors a comprehensive programme of activities, a chance to check out the latest trends in food preparation, to discover the best new R&D products in Spain and abroad, and see the latest ideas for the future.

Besides, RestAlimed will be held concurrently with Vinoélite, the Fine Wines Fair, Euroagro, the International Fair of Fruits and Vegetables, Technologies and Services, . Another three specialised fairs at the Feria Valencia exhibition centre.
