| 26th Annual International Convention & Trade Show The International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association announced that Her Honorable Minister Azalina Othman Said, Minister of Youth and Sports for the nation of Malaysia, will deliver a presentation titled, "Malaysian Government's National Fitness Council – Spearheading a United, Healthy and Fit Nation" during the association's 26th Annual International Convention & Trade Show, which will take place March 28 – 31, 2007 in San Francisco, California. The Minister's presentation will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2007 at 2:30 PM (PST). She will discuss the development of Malaysia's National Fitness Council and officiate a special ceremony, at which she will offer her endorsement of IHRSA's Asia Pacific Forum, which will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in October. Minister Azalina is one of the youngest members ever appointed to the Malaysian cabinet and she is the first female to head the Ministry of Youth and Sports. In 2003, she was named "The Global Leader of Tomorrow" at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. A practicing syariah attorney and 5th Tae Kwon Do black belt holder, she was recently accepted as an honorary member of Women Sports International.
