| International Trade Fair for Hotel, Restaurant, Catering Trades The modernisation and expansion of the Hamburg Fair site means that there are four new halls available for the 81st INTERNORGA event, the premier fair for the modern out-of-home market, to be held from 9 to 14 March 2007. Halls A2 to A4 next to the Television Tower will house the kitchen equipment and fittings displays, while B6 next to the South Foyer, the largest hall of the New Hamburg Fair with some 13, 000 square metres, will focus on bakery and confectionery, and on shop fitting. Ralf Hübner, Chairman of the Exhibitors' Board, talks about the INTERNORGA 2007, the importance of this trade fair in the international context, and the economic situation in this sector.
