11th International Exhibition for Food Products, Drinks and Ingredients INTERFOOD St.Petersburg will be held in 2–5 April, 4, 7 Pavilions, Lenexpo, St.Petersburg, Russia.

A new addition to the exhibition this year is the InterFood Fitness section, which includes health, sport, nutrition, diabetic and dietetic products, including: "Hawaii" fat-free and diabetic ice-cream, biological milk products, energy drinks, non-yeasted frozen croissants, coffee drinks with additives for weight loss, concentrated fruit juices, apple chips and new dry tableted products containing organic fruit and vegetables. These innovative products will be displayed alongside traditional food showcased by companies from Belarus, Estonia and Russia. After visiting the show you may be inspired to open your own Fitness section in your supermarket / food store.

New opportunities for your business can also be found in the InterFood Gastronomy section. In this section, exhibitors can show and teach you how to bake fresh croissants and prepare salads and semi-finished meat products in your shop.

A broad range of ingredients for meat processing, confectionary and bread-making will be on display for technologists and wholesalers in Pavilions 4 and 7. Russian importers will be able to encounter meat exporters from Argentina and Brazil, fruit exporters from Argentina and Tunisia, delicatessens from Italy and Montenegro and confectioners from Turkey. Traditional Chinese products will also be on display.

More than 130 companies from 10 countries are expected to exhibit at the show. As usual, the "InterFood" Premium and "Golden Ingredient: Northern Palmyra" competitions will take place during the show. The exhibition's business programme will include seminars and conferences for professionals in the food and food processing industries, master classes and presentations for exhibitors, a consultation centre for credit financing and many other events.
