| Hoteres Japan, Caterex Japan And Food Service Equipment Show The HCJ Secretariat has begun accepting Exhibitor Applications for HCJ2007, which will be held from March 13th (Tues) to March 16th (Fri), 2007 at Tokyo Big Sight, Japan. HCJ 2007 is Asia-Pacificﾕs largest "hospitality" & "food" trade show, gathering 860 exhibitor companies, and close to 95, 000 professional visitors from the hotel/inn, restaurant/food service industries annually.
