Promotional Apparel Expo

The producers of the Imprinted Sportswear Shows, Impressions and EMB Magazines announced the launch of Promotional Apparel Expo, to be held in Nashville, TN at the Nashville Convention Center, November 15-17, 2007.

For nearly 20 years wearable items such as t-shirts, caps and jackets have consistently been one of the most popular product category in the promotional products industry - accounting for 34% of the total market. Corporate executives have come to realize the tremendous value of communicating their corporate brand and/or message via logo apparel. Promotional Apparel Expo is unique to the marketplace as it will be the only trade show and conference to focus exclusively on this very important market segment. This event will offer perspective buyers a unique opportunity to focus their efforts and source apparel related goods in an intimate environment.

By staging the Promotional Apparel Expo the second week of November, it will serve as a product showcase for 2008 apparel lines. Industry professionals will now be able to source apparel goods for the New Year, as well as place last minute orders for the 2007 holiday season. The show will also serve as a venue for apparel manufacturers and distributors to sell excess inventory and sell close-out items before the end of the year.

Jeff Rundles is the former Editorial Director for Wearables Business, Modern Uniforms and Stitches Magazine. Mr. Rundles was Editor of Wearables Business Magazine since the magazine was launched in September, 1997, and was the founding Editor of Modern Uniforms in February, 2004. A graduate of the University of Denver, Mr. Rundles brings 30 years experience as a business reporter, newspaper editor and magazine editor to his post.

Conference Sessions will be available all three days, Thursday through Saturday, and show floor hours are scheduled for Friday and Saturday, providing ample opportunity to meet with and learn from the industry's top executives. The in-depth conference program will address the informational wants and needs of Promotional Product Distributors, Textile Screen Printers and Commercial Embroiders in the Southeast.
