| World of Concrete 2007 With only 3 weeks to go, World of Concrete 2007 will be the show in its 33-year history! With more than 900, 000 net sq. ft. of exhibits, over 1, 700 exhibitors including more than 400 new exhibitors, and attendance expected to shatter past records, WOC 2007 will be one for the record books! WOC will be held in Las Vegas, January 22-27 in the Las Vegas Convention Center. CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION will host the seventh annual Artistry in Decorative Concrete demonstration. Visit the Silver Lot in front of the South Hall where leading artisans demonstrate the most popular decorative concrete applications and cutting-edge techniques available to professionals in the industry. For the first time at World of Concrete, the Operators' Precision Challenge invites equipment operators to prove their expertise with construction equipment and attachments in close quarters. Contenders will face calculated tests of skill, using Mustang's skid steers, track loaders and excavators combined with various attachments from CE Attachments. WOC's industry renowned seminar program, now with both 3-hour and NEW 90-minute sessions to choose from, promises to make this year's educational one of the highlights of the World of Concrete experience. World of Concrete 2007 and CIM (Concrete Industry Management) invite WOC participants to attend the second annual unreserved auction to be held at noon in room N262. Concrete industry-related items along with other exciting items will be auctioned off with all proceeds benefiting the National Steering Committee for CIM to support their efforts to establish, support, and sustain CIM programs at selected universities.
