LinuxWorld OpenSolutions Summit

IDG World Expo, the producer of world-class tradeshows, conferences and events for technology markets, has announced that registration for the first-ever LinuxWorld OpenSolutions Summit is now open. LinuxWorld OpenSolutions Summit is a regional and vertically focused conference that addresses the needs and interests of IT professionals involved in the deployment of Linux and open source solutions. The conference is scheduled to take place February 14-15, 2007 at the Marriott Marquis in New York City.

During this unique conference attendees will network with their peers and learn from their experiences mistakes and successes - through revealing case studies. The conference will also feature in-depth technical presentations by leading Linux and open source experts, and a Solution Showcase where sponsors will display the latest Linux and open source products and technologies.

The new Summit evolved after recognizing a mandate from the industry for a targeted, high-level conference concentrating on vertical markets financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail, media and the public sector - as well as traditional technology markets within the industry.
