| The 44th Natpe Conference and Exhibition The 44th NATPE Conference and Exhibition which takes place at Las Vegas' Mandalay Bay Resort and Convention Center, 15 -18 January, 2007, is the largest TV market in North America and the global business forum for entertainment content on all platforms, attracting more than 8, 000 attendees from more than 70 countries. Following the panel discussion, which takes place on Wednesday 17 January at 5 p.m., there will be a networking event with refreshments for all NATPE attendees, devised with the aim of developing opportunities for UK independent producers to meet their counterparts and key buyers from the US and other international markets and to provide opportunities to instigate and build new business relationships. The event is sponsored by the UK Department of Trade and Industry through its association with Pact. Pact is the UK trade association that represents the commercial interests of independent feature film, television, animation and interactive media companies.
