| Electronic Passport Forum Electronic Passport Forum: Next appointment on November 28th & 29th in Milan at ID WORLD 2006. The November 2006 Electronic Passport Forum, sponsored by 3M Security Systems and NXP, will highlight how the introduction of electronic travel documents worldwide paves the way towards the much broader market penetration of RFID and biometric technology in the areas of eGovernment projects. It will also report on the next wave of government-driven citizen ID programs. The conference will highlight issues faced by local and central government bodies when managing citizens' security and access to public services.
