| The India Infrastructure Show 2007 The India Infrastructure Show (TIIS) 2007 is the 3rd International exhibition focused on the infrastructure sector. The exhibition is one of the ten concurrent fairs being organized at IETF 2007, scheduled from 13th –16th Feb.2007 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The event is being promoted by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) as a common platform to bring together a diverse cross-section of the infrastructure sector stakeholders from India and abroad. The importance of infrastructure for sustained economic development is well recognised in India. Government of India is taking initiatives to open up infrastructure development to private sector participation in order to boost growth and development. Investment in this sector has gained momentum in the last few years and is experiencing impressive growth across various segments. However, the current investment in this sector taps only a fraction of the tremendous potential for infrastructure development opportunity existing in India. The India Infrastructure Show 2007 (TIIS) is a CII initiative to build a case for this high potential industry. The fair will present unparalleled business networking opportunities for participating organisations and at the same time act as a window to technological developments from across the world. write your comments about the article :: © 2006 Exhibition News :: home page |
