| The Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair 2007 Organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, the 33rd edition of the Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair will take place from January 8-11, 2007 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The mega fair, also the world's second largest of its kind, had attracted 1, 935 exhibitors from 37 countries and regions to showcase their latest products in 2006. Toy exports to the Chinese mainland and Germany were encouraging, as the trade figures showed a 37% and 13% growth in the first nine months of 2006 respectively. In 2007, around 1, 900 exhibitors will join the fair and there will be group pavilions from the Chinese mainland, Germany, Italy, Korea, Pakistan, Spain, Taiwan, and Thailand. Visitors will be overjoyed to find the vast variety of toy products at the 2007 fair. Special sections are staged to help buyers find what they need. Making a welcome return is the very popular Baby Toys & Products Section, where buyers can find interesting products for the infant market. Hobby Goods Section showcases an exciting variety of perennial favourites such as action figures, miniatures and collectables, and Outdoor & Sporting Items Section can satisfy the needs of increasingly health-conscious parents. Besides showcasing the latest products from participating exhibitors, the fair also offers a series of seminars, enabling the exchange of industry information and sharing of innovative ideas and experiences.
