| Ispo Winter 2007 Innovations are again the centre of attention at Ispo Winter 2007 on 4 - 7 February 2007 in Munich. As the world's trade fair for sports, ispo provides the best overview of product innovations, new brands and coming collections. So that the specialised dealers can keep track of the highlights of the winter season 2007/2008, ispo presents awards for the best, most innovative and interesting new products in connection with its respective communities and exhibits them together on their own platform to the audience from the trade. As part of board_ispo, the European Boardsports Awards will be presented for the first time in the categories of hardware, technical clothing, accessories and eco design. The jury is made up of leading media representatives, specialised dealers and experts from the sector. As special prize, the jury presents the Ecological Innovation Award for the product that best comes up to the boarders' motto of "leaving nothing but your tracks", e.g. through production processes that are especially eco-friendly. The innovations from the skiing area are honoured with the European Ski Awards. These too will be awarded by a competent international jury for new products for the winter season 2007/2008. There are awards in the categories of hardware, ski wear, ski binding, ski boots, Nordic and others. Apart from the already firmly established European Ski Awards, the ispo Outdoor Awards will again be presented.
