| IENA 2006 The IENA, the international trade fair "Ideas – Inventions – New Products", is on from 2 to 5 November 2006 for the 58th time at the Nuremberg Fair. The fair is further extending its international leading position: some 650 inventions and product innovations expected/ Record number on the German INSTI inventor clubs' shared stand/ Special presentations of young inventors and top-quality supporting programme. The IENA Nuremberg is first and foremost a platform for the successful marketing of inventions, i.e. the exhibiting inventors come to Nuremberg in search of contact with producers, marketers and distribution partners from all over the world. To date the IENA Nuremberg has managed to smoothe the way to the market for a large number of inventions. There is no end of examples of inventions that were presented for the very first time at the IENA, found producers through the exposure offered, and went on to become real money-spinners in subsequent years. After what is so often a long development period the inventors were then able to reap the rewards of their creative work and enjoy financial success. The spectrum of inventions presented at the IENA encompasses many a sphere of everyday life. It ranges from genuine innovations from the high tech world to low tech developments and smart solutions for the large and small problems of ordinary life. Overall, though, the trend observed in the last few years has been that of high tech innovations gaining more and more importance, making the IENA an important source of information, even for those in the trade seeking new ideas and products from this sphere. The focuses of the inventions presented are on developments in mechanical engineering, energy technology, the building trade, leisure, hobbies, sport, motor vehicle technology and accessories, medical engineering, medicine and cosmetics, protection of the environment, office equipment, IT, electronics, communication technology, chemistry, advertising and the graphics industry, and agriculture. The innovations presented at the fair are either finished products ready for market launch or specifications, designs, models and prototypes. As the vast majority of the inventions are kept under lock and key up until the IENA and are presented here to the public for the very first time, the trade and the media unfailingly await the fair with great expectation. write your comments about the article :: © 2006 Exhibition News :: home page |
