3rd ALL ASIA FOOD

For food and beverage professionals who want to tap into fusion food's booming business, a trip to the upcoming All Asia Food is an absolute must. After savoring success last year, the trade event for Asian food products and beverages comes again to the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center on Tuesday, November 14th and Wednesday, November 15th this year. Restaurant owners and operators, retailers, wholesaler and distributors can expect an inspiring array of authentic tastes including spices, sauces, curries, kimchi, fruits, snacks, beverages and staples like rice and noodles.

Along with food exhibitors, this year's line-up includes foodservice, retail and business leadership conferences and high energy keynotes with more than a dozen individual sessions by industry leaders. The Culinary Demonstration Theatre hosted by award-winning chef and TV personality Chef Laura Diaz Brown features inspiring demos including "World Cuisine, " "Asian Appetizers" by Chef Daniel San Augustine, "Simple and Easy Asian Cuisine" by Irene Wong and "Journey with Spice" by Chef Maneet Chauhan and Rohini Dey, of Vermilion Restaurant. And many secrets of in-flight dining are unfolded in "Dining at 35, 000 Feet" by Sandra Pineau, Staff Vice President, Continental Airlines Foodservice Division.
