| H@cker Halted After the success of last year's conference which saw some 350 delegates from across the world fly in to Dubai to attend the first security conference and exhibition in the Middle East; inaugurated by His Royal Highness Shiekh Hashar bin Juma Al Maktoum, Hacker Halted will be returning to Dubai for a second stint on the 12th December. This year's event is not just a regular IT security conference.
