| Zend Technologies' Second Annual PHP Conference and Expo Zend Technologies, Inc., the PHP company, announced three additional keynote speakers for day two of its second annual Zend/PHP Conference and Expo Oct. 30-Nov. 2, 2006. Anant Jhingran, Distinguished Engineer, VP and CTO, Information Management of the IBM Software Group will present along with Mike Smith, Distinguished Engineer, System i Software Chief Architect of the IBM Systems and Technology Group on Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2006.Jhingran and Smith will co-present on the topic of using PHP to rapidly deploy usable and actionable information and will discuss the opportunities for PHP developers and architects implementing Web 2.0 and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions. David Berlind, Mashup Camp organizer and executive editor at ZDNet, is also scheduled to give a keynote speech at the conference. As part of his keynote, Berlind will define what the impact of "The Mashup Economy" means for developers, corporations and consumers alike. The conference will include daily keynote addresses, technical and business sessions, an exhibit hall and evening networking activities.
