The 2007 New York Times Travel Show

The New York Times announced that its fourth annual Travel Show will be held on Feb. 23 – 25 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. Presented by American Express, The New York Times Travel Show is the largest travel trade and consumer show in the United States, hosting over 26, 000 attendees and 400 exhibitors in 2006. The Travel Show offers opportunities for special travel discounts from leading airlines, cruise lines, resorts and tourism boards from around the world.

Next year's Travel Show introduces two new pavilions. At the Taste of the World Pavilion, consumers can watch cooking demonstrations and enjoy food samples from around the world. Produced by Doug Duda of A&E Network's "The Well-Seasoned Traveler, " consumers can also learn about food and wine travel tips and information on everything from cooking classes aboard cruise ships to vineyard tours. The new Spa Pavilion will present exhibitors from spa resorts around the globe with on-site treatments and exclusive discounts and packages for visitors to the Travel Show. The Spa Pavilion is sponsored by Spa Finder.

Avid adventure seekers, frequent travelers, occasional vacationers and armchair travelers wanting to escape the winter blues will find exclusive airline deals, advice on what to pack and where to shop, and much more. The show features discounts and entertainment for families, singles, couples and seniors, including: Travel seminars with the experts, International dance and live music, Book signings with today's leading travel authors

Exhibitor show packages include a complete booth package, Web exposure and an advertisement in the show guide. Sponsorship packages include print and online advertising and radio promotion, on-site exposure, extensive press efforts and custom programs.
