| Invitation to a Press Conference Charging that a California-based international corporation providing security services is unfairly denying overtime pay and forcing employees to work "off-the-clock, " current and former employees will file a federal class action lawsuit in U.S. District Court in San Francisco on September 5, 2006. The lawsuit claims that the corporation, whose security guards protect financial institutions, healthcare facilities, and government buildings, violates federal and state labor laws. The proposed class includes thousands of workers in California and potentially throughout the United States.
