| JIMTOF 2006 Announced Japan Machine Tool Builders' Association along with Tokyo Big Sight, Inc. will hold the eight day long JIMTOF 2006 - 23rd Japan International Machine Tool Fair - at the 'Tokyo Big Sight' Tokyo International Exhibition Center, on November 1-8, 2006. JIMTOF, whose object is to exhibit machine tools and various related machines, equipment and information, is a trade fair widely recognized and attended by all manufacturers in Japan, the world's largest producer of machine tools in the world. This year 547 Companies are going to exhibit at 82, 660 square meters of exhibition area. The theme for JIMTOF 2006 is 'Mono-zukuri Innovation'. The existence of production goods such as machine tools, which support the entire base of the production industry, are required for especially high standards of precision and performance, and the pressing tasks for the industry are training people to have unshakeable beliefs and flexible conceptions toward product creation and transmitting technical skills backed by definite expert knowledge and abundant practice.
