OSLON® Pure 1414 from ams OSRAM: maximum flexibility and luminance, minimal size Premstaetten, Austria, and Munich, Germany (1 March 2024) – ams OSRAM is excited to announce a new addition to its OSLON® Pure product family well known for its large color spectrum, durability and excellent lumen density: With OSLON Pure® 1414, the latest generation of robust high-performance all-rounder LEDs is available from now on. Thanks to its small dimensions of only 1.4 mm x 1.4 mm, it is the most compact solution currently offered on the market. This makes it the perfect choice for indoor and retail lighting, for the special fields of architectural and stage lighting, as well as for medical applications. OSLON Pure® 1414 boasts improved handling and thermal management while ensuring excellent efficiency. The special, installation-friendly LED concept, as well as the small size, enable minuscule designs and particularly narrow clustering. Thanks to this easy scalability, the latest-generation of LEDs from ams OSRAM provides great flexibility for customers to create perfectly customized lighting solutions – wherever extremely compact LEDs with a very high light output are required. From now on, the new OSLON Pure® 1414 is available in two versions: OSLON PURE® 1414 White (from 1800K to 6500K) and OSLON PURE® 1414 Colors (from 630 nm to 455 nm). About the OSLON® Pure product family The OSLON® Pure LED from ams OSRAM is a Lambertian emitter that comes in a true chip-scale housing with the highest luminance currently available on the market. Made without bond wires and not requiring any free space in between, its excellent quality makes it the ideal solution for dense clusters providing maximum light output. Seamless and flexible installation onto circuit boards enables the convenient replacement of individual chips, depending on the user’s specific requirements.
