| Kalzip and Estrel Tower One of the tallest buildings in the metropolis is currently being constructed in #BerlinNeukölln, featuring a striking diamond-shaped design. Complementing the Estrel Hotel and the base structure adjoining the tower, the 44-story tower offers space for restaurants, wellness facilities, and rooms for living and working. The exterior appearance is largely characterized by slender aluminum fins, which also serve as sun protection due to their orientation, thus reducing the heating of the interior. Another special feature is the roof area of the tower: first, the trapezoidal profiles were mounted on the 30-degree slope of the roof. The supporting shell was then fitted with a thermally insulated roof system from #Kalzip in #AluPlusPatina. The roof impresses with its high-quality design, high UV and weather resistance, and sustainable use of materials made from 95 percent recycled aluminum.write your comments about the article :: © 2025 Construction News :: home page |
