GWEC will be hosting the Global Markets Theatre in Copenhagen

WindEurope's annual event, which this year is in Copenhagen, begins on 25 April. At this year's conference, WindEurope will be looking at how to deliver a rapid buildout of wind and exploring how to tackle the major obstacles to delivering REPowerEU on the ground to ensure wind is on the path to growth.

On Wednesday 26 April, GWEC will be bringing the Global Markets Theatre to Copenhagen. The Theatre's program will highlight the huge potential for offshore wind within the Global Offshore Wind Alliance (GOWA).

The multi-stakeholder, globally focused Alliance is aiming to drive installed global offshore wind capacity up by 670% from 57 GW in 2021 to 380 GW in 2030.

GWEC will be bringing the world to Copenhagen, with the Global Markets Theatre featuring offshore wind voices from emerging markets such as Australia, Korea and many more.

Major industry figures will lead discussions on opportunities, challenges, and relevant projects' - all with the aim of driving the global energy transition and creating opportunities for the wind industry.
