| Leica Geosystems BLK247 Wins SIA’s Best New Product Award  Leica Geosystems, part of Hexagon, announced its 3D surveillance product, the Leica BLK247, won the Security Industry Association's (SIA) 2020 Best New Product Award. The BLK247 was demonstrated as part of SIA's annual New Product Showcase Awards competition held at this year's virtual ISC West tradeshow. Since its inception in 1979, the SIA New Product Showcase has been the security industry's premier product awards programme. New products are reviewed by a panel of judges with extensive industry experience, and in 2020, following significant deliberations, the 30 judges presented awards for technologies covering 23 product and service categories.
