| Vinci Energies acquires OFM group in Germany’s telecommunications infrastructure sector  Vinci Energies has acquired the German telecommunications infrastructure company OFM. In operation for over 50 years, OFM has built up expertise in telecoms infrastructure, where it provides services in engineering, installation and maintenance of fixed-line networks. The development of fibre optic networks currently accounts for the major part of its business activities. OFM is the sector's main player in Bavaria and neighbouring Länder in eastern Germany.
