UGL secures extension with Sydney Trains

CIMIC Group company UGL, as part of a joint venture, has secured an extension to its contract with Sydney Trains for the delivery of maintenance and logistics services for a section of Sydney's metropolitan passenger rail fleet.

The two-year extension will be effective from July 2019 and provide heavy maintenance and supply chain services to more than 1, 050 passenger rail cars. The extension will generate revenue of approximately $277 million to UGL.
