| Ramboll welcomes digital frontrunner on the Group Executive Board 1 January 2018 Hilde Tonne will assume the position as Chief Innovation Officer in the Ramboll Group. As a new member of the Group Executive Board she will head the digital transformation of the leading international consultancy. Hilde Tonne has a strong international track record as a leader in innovation and digitalisation from the telecom and oil and gas sectors. For eight years she was a member of the Group Executive Management of Telenor i.a. as Executive Vice President for Group Industrial Development and as a Deputy Head of the Asia region. Before this she headed Technology and Research in Norsk Hydro ASA, Oil & Energy. Digitalisation is expected to transform the technical consultancy industry in the coming years, just as it is the case for many other industries. Therefore digitalisation plays a key role in Ramboll's 2020 strategy Winning Together. In 2016 Hilde Tonne headed the formation of Digital Norway, a common initiative from the fifteen largest corporations in Norway to establish a center for supporting digitalisation of Norwegian companies. She now heads the Advisory Board of Digital Norway. In the past Hilde Tonne has held several non-executive board positions in Norwegian companies. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Danske Bank Group and Chair of the Board of Directors of Hafslund AS, a Norwegian power grid company.
