| Skanska invests in land in Mölndal, Sweden Skanska has signed a contract with Aspelin Ramm Fastigheter for the acquisition of four properties in Mölndal, Sweden, with about 350 building rights for housing in total. The property value amounts to about SEK 280M. The properties are part of the Pedagogen Park development area in the city of Mölndal, which will consist of around 1,000 new homes.
