| Management appointment at BAM PPP Nederland and BAM PPP België The management of BAM PPP bv has appointed Mr S.H. van Royen, currently Tender Desk Director of Royal BAM Group nv, director of BAM PPP Nederland bv and BAM PPP België nv with effect of 1 December 2016. Sebald van Royen (55) will succeed Mr M. van Rij, who has expressed the wish to continue his career outside of BAM. The management of BAM PPP wants to thank Michiel van Rij for his commitment and contribution to the Group's PPP activities in the Netherlands and Belgium and wishes him success in his new job. Mr M.R. van den Hoonaard will succeed Sebald van Royen as Tender Desk Director.
