| Mott MacDonald appoints David Webster as highways director for Scotland and Northern Ireland Mott MacDonald has appointed David Webster as a director in its highways business. David will be responsible for developing the consultancy's highways offering within Scotland and Northern Ireland by growing its client base and delivering major projects across these regions. With over 35 years' experience in the transportation sector, David has an impressive track record in the study, procurement and delivery of projects. He joins Mott MacDonald from AECOM, where he led their 60-strong strategic highways Scotland team. David has also been responsible for a number of major frameworks for transportation providers, including commissions from Transport Scotland plus various local authorities and passenger transport executives.
