| BAM wins contract for office and apartment complex IQ Intelligent Quarters in Hamburg  BAM Deutschland AG (the German operating company of Royal BAM Group nv, specialising in building projects) has won the contract to build the office and apartment complex IQ Intelligent Quarters in Hamburg. BAM Deutschland will complete the complex by the end of 2017. The project developer is Joint Venture Strabag Real Estate / ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. The contract value is over €68 million.IQ Intelligent Quarters is located in the HafenCity district, directly on the banks of the Magdeburger Hafen. The project includes constructing two storeys of underground parking for 400 cars with the seventy meter high office tower Watermark, the seven-storey apartment building Freeport, including 46 luxury apartments, and the six-storey office building Shipyard.
