| Skanska sells office portfolio in Poland Skanska has sold a portfolio of four office buildings in Poland. The value of the transaction totals EUR 160 M, about SEK 1.5 billion, and the buyer is a fund managed by the Swedish fund manager Niam. The sale will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Europe in the fourth quarter of 2015. The transaction concerns Kapelanka 42 A and the Axis project in Cracow, together with Building A and B in the Silesia Business Park in Katowice (pictured). The total gross leasable area is 63,000 square meters. All offices meet green building standards. Building A and B in Silesia Business Park has a leasable area of 12,000 square meters each. Building A was completed in the fourth quarter of 2014, while building B is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2015. Kapelanka 42 A, completed in the fourth quarter of 2014, has a leasable area of over 18,000 square meters and Axis will provide approximately 21,000 square meters upon completion in the fourth quarter of 2016. The transfer of the properties Kapelanka 42 A and Silesia Business Park A and B is scheduled for the fourth quarter this year and for Axis the fourth quarter 2016. The transaction is the largest in the Polish office market during 2015 and also the largest in the history of Skanska's operations in the CEE region. Skanska Commercial Development Europe initiates and develops property projects in office buildings.
