| AM sells shopping centre De Voorwaarts in Apeldoorn  AM Real Estate Development (part of Royal BAM Group nv) has sold the first phase of retail park De Voorwaarts in Apeldoorn to Epic I sarl.This phase consists of over 20,000 m2 large scale retail, restaurants and leisure. After development of the second and third phase, the site will include nearly 90,000 m2 retail, with excellent access to the A50 motorway and the city ring of Apeldoorn. The retail park has been designed by FaulknerBrowns Architects. The parties do not disclose the financial details of the transaction. DTZ acted on behalf of the seller. Appelhoven Vastgoedadviseurs and Osborne Clarke acted on behalf of the buyer.
