Bouygues will present its solutions at the World Efficiency show

Between 30 November and 11 December 2015, France will be hosting the 21st Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. This very important conference must lead to a new international agreement on the climate to be applied by all countries from 2020. The aim is that each country contributes to reducing the increase in the global temperature to 2°C, whilst at the same time adapting its societal models to national circumstances. World Efficiency is a certified COP21 event.

Six weeks before the international COP21 summit, Bouygues will use this event to present the actions of its five subsidiaries (Bouygues Construction, Bouygues Immobilier, Colas, TF1 and Bouygues Telecom) in the fight against climate change and wastage of resources.

From 13 to 15 October 2015 in Paris (Porte de Versailles), the Bouygues group will be taking part in the World Efficiency show, an event gathering together energy efficiency professionals.

The Group will present its solutions for sustainable and desirable urban environments on its stand in Hall 1, C46. They are based on five main themes:
- Renovation of buildings
- Eco-neighbourhood construction
- Low carbon construction
- Soft mobility and smart roads
- Urban services

On 14 October 2015, Martin Bouygues, Chairman and CEO of the Bouygues group, will speak during a conference entitled: "How to decarbonize the European construction sector in order to cut its GHG emissions by 75%?". During the show, the Group will also coordinate 14 themed workshops covering the main Energy-Carbon challenges.

Between 2 and 9 December 2015, in the immediate vicinity of the COP21 international negotiations, the Group will also be present - via a stand and conferences - at La Galerie des solutions, a space reserved for companies in the Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace du Bourget.
