| Management buyout of Ramboll Estonia AS  Ramboll has sold its subsidiary Ramboll Estonia AS to its management team in Estonia.Ownership of Ramboll Estonia AS has been transferred to the operating management, and the laboratory services employing four people remain within Ramboll. The rest of the employees of Ramboll Estonia AS have been transferred along with it to the new company. The Estonian market situation has been particularly challenging for the past few years, and the business has not been profitable. - Our years with the Ramboll Group have been rewarding and have taught us a lot, even though recent times have been challenging for business. We look forward to and are excited about the opportunity to set out to develop the business with local resources, says Peeter Škepast, Managing Director of the new company. Ramboll established the Estonian business in 2006.
