| BAM will close precast yard Zuidbroek after sale is cancelled In early May BAM announced its intention to sell its production facility for precast concrete elements in Zuidbroek (in the northern province of Groningen) to MBS Holding BV with effect from 1 June 2015. MBS has withdrawn from the transaction, because BAM cannot guarantee the revenue regarding future projects. As the sale will not now take place, BAM will close the precast yard after the current projects are completed.
