| Ramboll inspires Beijing leaders within clean air solutions  Yesterday, a delegation from Beijing consisting of one political leader (district mayor) and five leaders from different government agencies visited Ramboll's head office in Copenhagen.The visit was arranged by State of Green – a public-private partnership founded by the Danish Government – and the purpose was to exchange experiences within urban environmental solutions, particularly in the field of garbage disposal and air pollution control. During the visit, Ramboll experts gave presentations on themes such as air pollution control in waste-to-energy facilities and pollutant dispersion in urban regions, and these presentations gave rise to a fruitful exchange of knowledge and experiences. "As most people know, Beijing and other large cities in China struggle intensely with air pollution, but fortunately, there is a rising political will to do remedy the problem. Accordingly, delegation visits like the one in Copenhagen might lead to new, interesting market opportunities for us in a field where we have a lot to offer, " says Lone A.
