| BAM in talks with MBS Holding about selling precast yard Zuidbroek BAM Infra is intending to sell its production facility for precast concrete elements in Zuidbroek (in the northern province of Groningen) to MBS Holding BV with effect from 1 June 2015. MBS specialises in developing and producing precast elements. The transaction includes the 13 people employed by the business, the real estate, work in hand, and plant and equipment. BAM sees insufficient opportunities to develop the activities of the precast production yard and considers its added value limited.
