(DDG), a company fully owned by Ms. Esther Koplowitz, takes effect. The businesswomen maintains a significant shareholding in FCC through this company and thereby fulfils all of the conditions required for this refinancing to be fully effective, after DDG acquired the companies B1998, S.A. and Azate, S.A.In this way, the agreement reached with Banco Bilbao Vizcaya, S.A. and Bankia, S.A. in November 2014 is fulfilled with the aforementioned, granting her a five-year term to take care of her financing.
