| Hochtief announces changes in its Supervisory Board Beate Bell and Patricia Geibel-Conrad have been appointed as new members of the Supervisory Board of Hochtief Aktiengesellschaft. Dr. Michael Frenzel and Dr. Jan Martin Wicke had previously resigned from their Supervisory Board office. Beate Bell, business engineer and employed fulltime as Head of Group Compliance of Metro AG, has extensive experience in auditing, compliance and risk management. Patricia Geibel-Conrad, after long years of employment at PricewaterhouseCoopers, works as auditor and tax consultant and will supplement the Supervisory Board as financial expert. Altogether, three of the eight shareholder representatives now on the Supervisory Board are women. The Supervisory Board thanked Dr. Michael Frenzel and Dr. Jan Martin Wicke for their competent and committed work.
