| Per H. Utnegaard to become new Chairman of the Executive Board of Bilfinger  The Supervisory Board of Bilfinger SE today appointed Per Utnegaard as Chairman of the Executive Board with effect from June 1, 2015. He will succeed Herbert Bodner, 67, who took over the position on an interim basis in August 2014. Per Utnegaard, 55, previously served as the President and CEO of Swissport International Ltd.Since September 2007, Per Utnegaard, a Norwegian national, has been Group President and CEO of Swissport International Ltd., the world's largest ground handling company operating in 45 countries with more than 60,000 employees. During his tenure as CEO, Swissport became the leading ground and cargo handling provider to the airline industry with a remarkable growth path. Per Utnegaard brings over 25 years of experience from management positions in various businesses, amongst others at logistics groups Deutsche Post and TNT.
