| The French Government has exercised its option to buy "Millénaire 3" France Domaine has exercised its option, on behalf of the French Ministry of Justice, to buy "Millénaire 3" on 28 March 2015, the building's delivery date, for 180.5 million euros, following an undertaking signed on 29 February 2012. This acquisition, which reflects the significant appeal of the Parc du Millénaire, was anticipated in Icade's outlook for 2015. On the edge of the Paris ring-road and extending the "Millénaire 1" and "Millénaire 2" developments, this 32,000 sq.m property has been awarded HQE and BREEAM Excellent certification. This transaction also confirms Icade's decision to launch construction of the "Millénaire 4" in July 2014 on the last available plot of the Parc du Millénaire. From September 2015, "Millénaire 3" will welcome around 1,600 agents of the Ministry of Justice, including the general secretariat and the judicial services, penitentiary administration and judicial juvenile protection directorates.
