Kleybruggen and Gebr. van Leeuwen Boringen acquire activities of BAM Nelis De Ruiter

BAM Infra has transferred the piling and civil engineering activities of its subsidiary BAM Nelis de Ruiter at Halfweg (near Amsterdam) to Kleybruggen B.V., which will continue the activities in a new subsidiary Nelis Infra. The drilling activities will be continued by Gebr. van Leeuwen Boringen B.V.

The transaction includes work in progress, and plant and equipment, and forty employees. The transaction is part of the current organizational streamlining that BAM is implementing through its Back-in-shape programme.

Kleybruggen designs and constructs civil engineering projects in and near water.

Gebr. van Leeuwen Boringen is specialised in innovative, trenchless techniques to cross roads, rail, waterways and underground infrastructure. They are certified to cover the entire range of directional, open-cut and underground drilling operations.
