| Skanska constructs office building with parking house in Norway  Skanska has signed a contract with Det Norske Veritas Eiendom AS to build an office building and a parking house at Høvik outside of Oslo, Norway. The contract is worth about NOK 295 M in total, about SEK 320 M, which will be included in order bookings for Skanska Norway for the first quarter of 2015.The new 10,000 square meter office building will be built as a passive house and holds the ambition of BREEAM NOR "Excellent". The contract also includes the refurbishment of 800 square meters of an existing office building on the premises.
