| Skanska invests EUR 23 M in office project in Vantaa, Finland Skanska Commercial Development Nordic starts a new office project in Vantaa, Finland, a part of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The investment amounts to EUR 23 M, about SEK 208 M. The new building, Aviabulevardi, comprises a total floor space of 9,100 square meters and is located in Aviapolis area next to the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The multi-tenant office building is designed to meet the demands of LEED certification process.
